How does the After Sales Department help the property owners?
 
1- Title Deed Transactions   : The After Sales Department undertakes the preparation of all documentation about the notary and title deed transactions.
2- Opening Bank Accounts  : The owner is advised to open a Turkish bank account and activate the internet banking to make payments  for the property ( water, electricity, telephone,service charge etc...)
3- Utility Connections : We register all the utilites in your name with the local authorities and activate them.
4- Insurance for the Property: The After Sales Department can refer you to an English speaking insurance agent which can satisfy all your insurance needs.
5- Technical  Assistance : Aftersales offers Technical Assistance for any alterations and adjustments to your property.
6- Property Management : Whether your property is occupied or not The After Sales department is responsible for cleaning the swimming pool – in and around the buildings, gardens, external lighting and security. This is one of the advantages of buying a property from the developer.
7- Shopping and Furnishings : Shopping for furnishings, fixtures and fittings is always an exciting time. The After Sales team are on hand to assist you when you are buying your home furnishings. This is offered as part of theır service as it can get very confusing and sometimes stressfull, with the difference in currency and the language can sometimes be a barrier. We also offer basic and luxury packages including fully furnished complete with utensils.
8- Hotel Reservations and Transfers : If you are coming over to Turkey for a holıday or to view the latest developments of your property we can book you a hotel and also provide airport transfers to and from the Airport for a reasonable fee.
9- Cleaning and Maintenance of the House : If you have people staying in your property it is important that it is cleaned and ready for them before and after they leave. We offer a full cleaning service (incl) linen laundering. Just one simple phonecall to us will ensure your peace of mind.
10- Local and Regional Information  : The After Sales Team have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local attractions. They also have information about many areas of Turkey and what it has to offer.

· Ventilate the property to check for any humidity and/or damage.
· Check water, electricity, gas and ensure all appliances are in working order.
· Water indoor and outdoor plants and keep the terrace tidy.
· Collect mail and leave it in your property.
· Switch on air conditioning/heating before you or your guests arrival.
· We will keep an eye on things when you have tenants staying in your property.
· Endeavour to prevent problems such as humidity and flooding that can occur after heavy rains.
